Refund policy

At Seekamentor (the "Platform"), we are committed to providing high-quality services to all users. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund for paid services. This refund policy outlines our procedures for providing refunds.

Cohort-Based Courses

Refunds for cohort-based courses will be provided as follows:

  • If you request a refund before the course start date, we will issue a full refund.

  • If you request a refund within 7 days after the course start date we will issue a full refund.

  • If you request a refund after the 7 days of the session start, no refund will be provided.

One-on-One Mentorship Sessions

Refunds for one-on-one mentorship sessions will be provided as follows:

  • If you cancel a session at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, we will issue a full refund.

  • If you cancel a session within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund will be provided.

Webinars and Workshops

Refunds for webinars and workshops will be provided as follows:

  • If you request a refund before the start time of the webinar or workshop, we will issue a full refund.

  • If you miss the live webinar or workshop, no refund will be provided.

  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the webinar or workshop, we will provide the recording of the session.

General

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of the refund request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the refund policy is being abused or if we suspect fraud or misconduct.
